Who we are
SoulMar (soulmarstudio.com) creates digital and printed self-care products: coloring books, affirmation cards, wallpapers and similar small tools for slow days. These terms apply to every purchase you make here and to your use of this website. By placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, write to hello@soulmarstudio.com before you buy and we’ll explain.

Orders and payment
Placing an order
Your order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars. If taxes apply in your location, they are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails, the order is not placed and nothing is charged.
If something goes wrong on our side
In the rare case that we cannot fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or a suspected fraudulent payment), we may cancel it. If that happens you will be refunded in full and we will let you know by email.
Digital products
How they are delivered
Digital products are delivered as downloadable files right after payment. You will find your download links on the order confirmation page, in the confirmation email, and at any time under My account, then Downloads. No physical item is shipped. See our Shipping & returns page for the details.
Your personal use license
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, print and use it for your own personal use. You can print as many copies as you need for yourself and the people in your household, and use the files on as many of your own devices as you like.
What the license does not cover
You may not share, sell, give away or redistribute the files, upload them to any file-sharing or social platform, include them in products or services that you sell, use them to train AI or generate derivative designs, or present the designs as your own. The copyright in every design stays with SoulMar.
Gifts
If you would like to give a digital product as a gift, please buy a separate copy for the person receiving it. The files are not meant to be shared between different people.
Printed books on Amazon
Sold and shipped by Amazon
Our printed books are sold on Amazon. When you follow a “Buy on Amazon” link you leave this website, and Amazon’s own terms apply to payment, shipping, delivery and returns. We cannot see or manage orders placed on Amazon. Our Shipping & returns page explains where to go for each case.
Ratings shown from Amazon
Where a product shows a rating labelled as coming from Amazon, that is the customer rating left on Amazon for the printed edition. It is shown for information and is not a review left on this store.
No refunds
All sales are final
Every product sold on this website is a digital download that is delivered instantly, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on digital purchases. Please read the product description, check the file formats and look at the preview images before you buy. If a file is damaged or will not open, we will replace it. Our Shipping & returns page has the details.
Using this website
Content and copyright
Everything on this website, including designs, illustrations, text, photographs and the SoulMar name and logo, belongs to SoulMar or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.
Freebies and newsletter
Free downloads are offered under the same personal use license as paid products. If you join our list, we will only email you about new products, free downloads and the occasional note from the studio, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
Not professional advice
Our products are created for creativity, reflection, rest and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or care, and they are not a substitute for it. If you are going through a hard time, please reach out to a professional or a local helpline.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The legal part
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the website and every file working well, but we cannot promise that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
