What types of products can I find at SoulMar?
At SoulMar, you’ll find products designed to support moments of creativity, organization, reflection, and personal well-being, including wallpapers, affirmation cards, journals, planners, and coloring books.
Are the products digital or physical?
Most of our products are digital and can be downloaded after purchase. Some coloring books are also available in physical format through Amazon. Each product page will clearly indicate the format.
Will I receive a physical product when I purchase a digital file?
No. Products labeled as digital downloads do not include any physical item and do not require shipping.
Downloads and digital use
How will I receive my digital product?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive access to the files for download. We recommend saving a copy on your device or in cloud storage.
What file formats will I receive?
This depends on the product. Formats may include PDF, JPG, or PNG, and the specific file types will be listed in the product description before purchase.
Can I use the PDFs on my iPad or tablet?
Yes! You can import compatible files into apps such as Goodnotes, Notability, Procreate, or other writing, planning, or drawing apps.
What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?
If you have any issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us and include the email address used for your purchase and the product you purchased so we can assist you.
Printing and materials
Can I print the digital products?
Yes, as long as the product is designed for printing. You may print your files for personal use as many times as needed, in accordance with our terms of use.
What type of paper do you recommend for printing?
For coloring or writing, we recommend paper around 100–120 gsm. If you plan to use markers, you may prefer paper that is 140 gsm or heavier. For affirmation cards, we recommend thicker paper or cardstock around 200–300 gsm, depending on your printer’s capabilities.
Can the printed colors look different from what I see on screen?
Yes. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, ink, paper, and print settings. Small differences are completely normal.
What materials can I use for coloring?
You can use colored pencils, crayons, gel pens, markers, and other materials of your choice. If you use alcohol markers, acrylic markers, or other high-ink materials, we recommend placing a sheet of paper or cardstock underneath the page to protect the pages below.
Wallpapers
How do I install the wallpapers?
Simply save the downloaded image to your phone, tablet, or computer and set it as your wallpaper or lock screen through your device settings.
Do the wallpapers work on all devices?
They are designed to adapt to different screen sizes, although the framing may vary slightly depending on your device. When necessary, recommended dimensions will be included in the product description.
Physical books on Amazon
How can I purchase the physical books?
Our physical coloring books are available through Amazon. From our website, you’ll be able to follow the corresponding link and complete your purchase directly on Amazon.
Who handles shipping and returns?
Payment, printing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and any applicable returns for books purchased through Amazon are handled directly by Amazon and are subject to their policies.
Product usage
Can I share the files I purchased?
Digital products are for personal use only. They may not be shared, distributed, resold, or made available to others unless the product specifically states otherwise.
Can I use the designs to create products that I sell?
No, unless the product specifically states that it includes a commercial use license. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership of the design.
Can I give a digital product as a gift?
Yes, but we recommend purchasing a separate copy for the person receiving the gift, since the files are not intended to be shared between multiple users.
Refunds and support
Can I request a refund for a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds and returns are subject to our refund policy and applicable law. If you received the wrong file or experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us so we can help.
Do SoulMar products replace professional care?
No. Our products are created for creativity, reflection, inspiration, organization, entertainment, and personal growth and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice or care.
